Henry and His Girlfriend

For those of you who have voted for Henry and is missing seeing him on this blog, we have invited the shy and reserved man to return for a visit.  This is what he's been up to these days.

He just saved this little boy from an inferno.  I think he overdid it though - the poor fellow is soaked through to the skin and shivering.  His hectic schedule notwithstanding, Henry recently met a sweet-natured ballerina named Christa.

Apologies if you can't quite see her face but like Henry, Christa is shy.  But take comfort in knowing that Christa looks as pretty as her human friend.

Like I said before, Henry is really busy performing heroic deeds, so he has to be very focused in planning his life.  Once he's determined that Christa is the one for him, he pursued her with a single purpose.  And at one go, they celebrated ...

 Halloween... 

Christmas... (Henry has to be on duty on the actual day) - don't you think he's so sweet?  He got a matching tree for each of them.  Even a wooden and unromantic man may some day spring a surprise.  So for those married to Henry types, don't despair or give up.

And their engagement at Fort Canning.  Do I hear wails of dismay?  What, you think Peter is the only one with the romance?  A man as steady and reliable as Henry wouldn't be left on the shelf for too long.  And sorry, gals (as far as I know, the one lone male reader is not gay so he is quite happy with this state of affairs), Henry is a one-woman man.  So this is it (oops!  the publicity of that movie is sublimal), this is the one for him.  I hope you will find it in your heart to wish Henry and Christa the best.
